Samwongdong

Sam Won Dong, is a system of exercise and healing rooted in traditional Korean practices. Developed by Professor Park Jae Woo, the founder of Sujok therapy, Sam Won Dong integrates physical movement, breath control, and energy management to promote holistic health and well-being.

Smile Meditation

Smile Meditation is a unique and gentle form
of meditation introduced by Professor Park Jae Woo, the creator of Sujok
therapy. It emphasizes the power of smiling to enhance overall well-being,
