What’s the first thing you do in the morning? For many, the answer is meditation. But what kind of meditation are you practicing? It’s essential to distinguish between real meditation and imaginary meditation. Real meditation connects deeply to the soul, uplifting it. To achieve this, you need to be true to yourself and explore your inner feelings.
Real meditation begins with a profound self-exploration. Ask yourself: What do you truly feel inside? How do you react to your own thoughts and emotions? This process requires a deep dive into your consciousness.
A fundamental element of this journey is your breath. Breathing is crucial to real meditation. Today, I’ll guide you through a simple yet effective technique for focused meditation.
1. Find a Calm, Comfortable Position : Sit comfortably with your eyes closed.
2. Recall a Moment of Joy : Think of an incident in your life that brought you immense satisfaction, happiness, and encouragement. Immerse yourself in that memory. Relive it and enjoy the emotions it brings.
3. Shift to Today’s Focus : Once you’re fully absorbed in that positive memory, shift your consciousness to focus on today. What do you want to achieve today? Keep your goals for the day clear in your mind.
4. Focus on Your Breath : Now, direct your attention to your breath. Notice each inhale and exhale. Your mind should simultaneously hold your focus for the day and your breathing pattern.
Breathing is an inseparable part of life, a bridge connecting your focus to reality. By concentrating on your breath, you anchor your daily goals, making them more achievable.
Practice this focused meditation for 10 minutes every morning. With consistency, you’ll see immediate results, enhancing your day’s productivity and satisfaction.
Thank you for joining this meditation journey. Have a great day ahead!
